CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICIES
At www.designtravel.com (“Design Travel,” “we,” “our”), we are committed to providing clear and fair cancellation and refund policies, in compliance with the regulations of the Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO), ensuring transparency and protection for our customers in Canada, the Caribbean, and Latin America.
1. General Information
Reservations made through Design Travel LTD, whether for vacation packages, flights, accommodations, events, or incentives, are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each supplier (airlines, hotels, local operators, etc.). Design Travel acts as an intermediary, facilitating the connection between the customer and the final supplier.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@designtravel.com and include the reservation number, full name, and details of the reserved service.
Cancellation policies and fees vary depending on the service and provider, but the following conditions generally apply:
Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: partial refund, subject to administrative fees and/or penalties from the provider.
Cancellations between 15 and 30 days before departure: higher fees, generally up to 50% of the total amount.
Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance: non-refundable.
Some services (such as special fare airline tickets, event bookings, or non-refundable services) are non-cancellable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

-All requests to change dates, names, services, or itineraries are subject to availability and any additional charges.
-Design Travel will charge an administrative fee for changes, in addition to any penalties or fare differences applied by the final supplier.
-Modification requests must be made at least 15 days in advance.
4. Refund Policy
-Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within approximately 4 to 6 weeks, depending on supplier response times.
-Administrative fees, bank charges, and commissions are non-refundable.
-Partial refunds apply only to unused components of the package (when permitted by the supplier).
5. Force Majeure
In extraordinary situations, such as natural disasters, political conflicts, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties, Design Travel will make its best effort to assist the client in obtaining credits or rescheduling, but does not guarantee full refunds if the final suppliers do not authorize them.
